He commenced his steep assent up the success ladder in 1974, when he joined his father`s business of fine and Laboratory Chemicals, S. D Fine Chem Ltd. as Director Marketing. In a matter of years, he was solely responsible for putting S D Fine Chem. as a market leader on the global map, as one of the leading manufacturer of Laboratory and Fine chemicals across the globe.

His Constant Visions, Trend Setting Innovations, led him to move on his own and promote KARROX Technologies, India’s 1st and premium IT training company in 1992. As M. D and Co Founder, he was keenly instrumental in growing Karrox to 60 centers in India. He was the 1st to set up Tata Unisys Education centers and also set up the 1st Novel authorized center in India. Always a step ahead of the times, in April of 2000 he promoted K10 Technologies a BTO consulting company in IT and ITES. In 2002 he spread his consulting wings into recruitment for the customer service, with a keen emphasis towards the Call Center and BPO industry. Between 2002 and 2007 his mere one center in Mumbai grew into a strong domestic footprint across the sub-continent in over 15 metros and mini metros. K10 grown from a mere recruitment company into an organization offering end to end real time, turnkey solutions in human resource management. During this time, he also initiated “The Kaizer”, training institute which is a talent transformation certification offering Certified Training, coaching, mentoring and Skill Enhancement Programs. Today Kaizer is recognized as of one the leading Training Institutes catering to international and local organization for over a decade now.

The next feather in his cap was conceptualizing and successful launching Call Connect, India’s 1st and only, industry endorsed, Call Center, BPO and KPO Youth Lifestyle magazine. Call Connect was soon followed by its e- version, callcentrenews.com and further has a database running in lakhs. In the year that followed, he designed the 1st ever globally recognized 500% efficient candidate tracking software that revolutionized the processes followed in managing human resource parameters in recruitment. This software being the 1st of its kind was hugely accepted and is currently being widely used by many organizations in candidate and employee management. In 2006. K10jobs.com, a job portal accurately customized for the Customer Service Industry was launched with lakhs of resumes.

In late 2006. He steered his focus towards the retail segment with exclusive and customised recruitment and tanning sessions for retail both on a corporate and individual training level. In2007, he followed it up by launching K10 R. India's preeminent magazine which Revolutionised Organized Retail by constantly keeping the industry connected and abreast with the latest trends and information. This was followed by developing customized softwares and launching, with over a 15,00,000 updated email id database, 3 daily e-newsletters for the BPO / Retail and HR fraternities.

In 2008, Mr. Rajesh Tolia decided to embark on another facet of Human Resources, i.e. Personnel Development. He initiated International Finishing Academy (also called IFA). The objective of IFA – is to provide individuals with a wealth of knowledge, grooming, international business etiquettes and mannerisms, sensitizing them to their social awareness with an emphasis on responsibility and leadership skills, grooming them into successful global leaders of the future.

As he was personally involved in such activities, he witnessed certain traits in individuals attending the training programmes. To overcome these he started the program ‘KARMIC YOGA’ and `Office Yoga ‘which he and his organization have been practicing for the past 10 years. Karmic yoga helps an individual to balance his actions and decisions resulting in future success. Karmic Yoga works on the mental state, emotional being as well as the spiritual self through a clean sing process as you practice it daily.
